all platforms:
Please install Zoom prior to schedule appointment. Click here for link.
Please provide us with your email to send meeting link and password to.
Please ensure your phone and/or video call works prior to your scheduled appointment.
For video calls, please ensure you have installed appropriate apps/software.
Please remain on standby for a call from us, 10 minutes around your scheduled appointment
If you do not hear from us after 20 minutes, please call or email us to enquire as we may be running late or the number you’ve provided may not be working.
Ideally, ensure you are in a quiet private room and have a stable spot to place your phone or computer so you can step away from the camera to be handsfree and to allow full view of the area to be examined; your shoulder, elbow, hand, hip or knee.
Failing contact, we will reschedule your appointment.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
